INSURANCE: Performance Management

We designed and implemented a tailored refresher training programme for managers and employees.  This included the process, the importance of the programme and address any questions and concerns. This revitalised the process and improved the internal buy in by all parties involved. People refocused efforts to ensure reviews were carried out regularly and effectively.

SECURITY: Leadership & Management

We designed and delivered a five-part management development programme for our client. This incorporated a Myers Briggs (MBTI) psychometric assessment for everyone involved to assist with the delivery of soft-skills training.

IT/TECHNOLOGY: Employee Relations

Engaged by our client when it was at the early stage of tendering for work in the social housing sector. Our client won the contract which involved the TUPE of the internal IT team into its business. As well as managing this process, HR Solutions also attended all of the consultation meetings and operational meetings with the client and its prospective customer.

MANUFACTURING: HR Skills Training

Our client wanted its managers trained in HR to enable them to best manage any situation at work if the HR department was not available to ensure process were handled in the correct way. We created and delivered a programme entitled ‘HR for non-HR Managers’ for all non-HR Managers to give them confidence and skills to best manage their teams.

LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN: Employee Relations

Our client won a contract which included the transfer of 20+ employees into its business. Conscious in managing the process correctly and fairly, the company engaged HR Solutions to manage the complete process including all consultations within a unionised environment.

IT/TECHNOLOGY: Corporate Benchmarking

We carried out a strategic operational benchmarking exercise on behalf of the Executive Chairman of an IT services provider. The scope of the project included benchmarking the company’s management team against its competitors.  This included comparing costs, turnover and headcount and highlighting good and bad practices within the organisation.
